These Data Sources where appropriate include our customers (employer hiring clients and their representatives) and our suppliers including direct suppliers to our business, and any coaches such as career coaches providing services on our behalf or whom have chosen to feature on our sites.

We collect the information necessary to be able to help employers find the best people and to present prospective candidates with relevant opportunities including information to assess candidates’ eligibility. This information may include CV’s / Resumes, LinkedIn profile information, identification documents, educational records, employment history /details and references /testimonials. We may also collect sensitive personal data about you as such as Gender details, Salary Information, Copies of Passports and Psychometric Test. As appropriate we only collect sensitive personal data from you, where you have given your explicit consent.

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

  • For prospective clients, candidates, coaches with whom we may work, supplier of services to our business and referees, our processing is necessary for our legitimate interests to enable us to find potential candidates, assess suitability of candidates for roles, and to contact clients and referees. 

  • If you are shortlisted as a candidate or supplier to our business, then this may involve the processing of more detailed personal data including sensitive data such as salary information, date of birth, proof of eligibility to work in the UK, proof of identity, passport details, health information that you or others provide about you. 

 

RETENTION OF DATA 

Arena Search & Selection Limited trading as Robert Tearle Consulting will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
