Conventional apps in ERP, CRM, HR, Supply Chain are fantastic however CXOs need planning and performance apps to bring greater and more holistic insights to the business as a whole, and in its key operating functions.

The market for these apps is growing at c. 100% per annum.

Our client is the disruptive vendor in a pack, bringing conventional capabilities to an established app area and more importantly new game-changing, next-gen solutions that can be leveraged across the business. Easy to use, integrate and secure.

  • This role is to take ownership for the US market
  • To determine how they best approach it
  • Already established with a sales team of 15, there’s a mandate to determine GTM
  • And to decide how they segment, approach and structure sales teams to scale-up US revenues
  • Remit to double the size of the business
  • High 7 figure stock play

Criteria:

  • Experience scaling up sales organisations with a fast-growth SaaS vendor (likely upwards of 5 years in SaaS)
  • Competent in developing cadence and implementing sales best practice
  • Likely 10+ years sales management experience
  • Record of above goal performance, above goal 3 or more of the last 5 years
  • Stable, no more than 3 employers last 5 years, nor more than 4 in the last 10
  • Experience gained with a small / mid-sized vendor – market maker

This role was successfully filled in early December 2021, with a candidate starting in role in January 2022. The candidate is particularly well connected, has had an immediate impact, the team has been re-energised, new hires made and Q1 of 2022 has seen exponential sales growth.
