Our client is an emerging SaaS vendor, c. 300 employees, pre IPO growing at 40% per annum.

They’re re-defining supply chain and logistics, and bringing innovation, environmental, social and governance transformation for their clients, and our broader community.

To build out the CS team. The role is that of a Player / Manager.

Criteria:

  • Experience in procurement and or supply chain.
  • Five plus years experience of working within a Customer Success role;
  • At least 3 years in a people management role
  • Soft skills… the ability to build rapport, trust, and nurture client relationships;
  • Organisational skills and that you are analytically minded;
  • Commercial acumen including the ability to spot opportunities for improvement;
  • First-class communication & project management skills;
  • A strategic thinker;
  • Fast-paced, this is a start-up environment (learn fast / on the job);
  • Digital marketing / social media savvy.

Guide base+/- £120k, plus bonus. Big stock.
