Our client is a software vendor, providing Big Data, information management solutions embracing software and services.
Services being: consultancy, implementation, support and training.

This role is to take responsibility for the consulting, delivery, customer success and support operations – currently comprising 2 teams of 6 people and with a remit for growth to 21 in FY 2021 and 30 in FY 2022.

Key criteria:

  • 5+ years experience in a similar role, with a software company, managing post-sales.
  • No more than 4 employers last 12 years
  • Degree educated, able to commute to London 2-3 days a week
