• Customer Success Manager, B2B subscription services

Guide basic salary upwards £100k, plus commission giving OTE upwards £150k. Pre IPO, equity participation.

Our client is a UK owned business, providing business services delivered on a tech platform / app based on a subscription basis.
Their offering addresses: hiring, talent development / management and well-being issues.
Growing c 40% per annum, this role is to manage a team driving customer satisfaction, use-age, retention and renewal.

Criteria:

*** Background managing team size 4+ in a similar capacity such as Customer Success, CS or managing an Existing accounts team

*** Able to commute to London

*** No more than 4 employers last 10 years

*** Proven in implementing customer success / customer satisfaction programs and improving customer ratings and renewals  *** 5+ yrs Management exp
